Adult Mental Health Service

Just like physical health, everyone has mental health. And just like physical health, it is important we take care of our mental health. Our clinicians have experience working with a range of mental health issues including; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, pain and adjustment to significant life stressors.

Opening Hours

Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday: Supervision sessions available (please enquire with admin)
