Hi my name is Caroline. I am a Play Therapist working at Psyche Mental Health Centre. I have a background in education and worked as a teacher in Victorian and Tasmanian primary schools over 16 years. I am passionate about advocating for children and providing a nurturing space to share their world and their troubles.

 

I love to support families and use my play therapy skills to help children learn more about themselves and develop the tools they need to navigate the world with greater confidence and resilience.  I have a particular interest in the enriching effects of nature and incorporating nature and natural elements into my play therapy practice.

 

Outside of my work you will most likely find me ordering a chai latte or playing outside with my family. I enjoy adventuring overseas and immersing myself in new cultures and bringing ideas and learnings back into my everyday world at home.
